Why use the mail to communicate your order?

Many are uncomfortable with internet "auto pay" methods for physical goods, because of security concerns, paying before receiving, double paying (when you think a payment has failed, but your first attempt's payment has gone through) and auto pay system increases the price of product as they take a share. Using the mail: connects you directly to the manufacturer, so you will be dealing with a person and not some automated system. Naturally you will receive the best price, because there are no middle men / women involved

How to select items for the Order List:

Select a product using any of the menu items in the Products menu. Click on the desired products' QTY box (towards the bottom of each product thumb boxes) "Order" link and a textbox will appear. Type the amount of that product and click the "Ok" link.

To change the QTY; click the "Change" link below the amount (next ot the QTY heading) and change the amount in the text box. Click the "Ok" link to update the amount.

To clear an order; click on the "Delete" link.

How to view and edit the Order List:

Click the "Checkout" item in the menu (on the left) and you should see a list of the items you have selected from the Products thumb list. Note that if no items are listed please go to the Products item in the menu or any of it's sub items.

To change the QTY from the the Order List; click on the "Select" link on the left of the list - a text box will appear for changing the desired quantity on each of the listed items.

How to Mail your order list:

Click the "Submit order" link in the "Checkout form". Your default mail editor should open with the mail to section filled in and in the body of the e-mail; your order should be listed (with amounts and the total). Please type in your details: Address, area, country etc.. Click the "Send" on your mail editor.

What happens when the mail is sent?

Tanya de Bois (owner of Naturals Beauty) will receive your request and will contact you; via mail or telephonically (depending on which is most practical). She will arrange with you the best mode of delivery and the Natural's account details will be given to you. You pay: COD. Note: packaging and delivery may cost extra, but that will be arranged with you.

Delivery cost: (South African Post Office).

Post Office delivery charges is calculated on the weight of the package - Tanya will contact you via e-mail or phone to give you the weight and cost when you order. Post office parcel rates are R25.80 for the first kg and R3.45 for each additional kg or part of a kg.
